plans & pricing
in order to use the zen bungalow you must first become a member of our community (though we’ll entertain one-time or infrequent usage by select non-members for special events). this represents the only financial commitment we ask users to make.
although the cost of maintaining membership is nominal (as low as $16.25 per month), it serves 2 key purposes :: 1) it instills a basic level of commitment to supporting our community, and 2) we limit our total number of members to assure a comfortable availability of work space and resources for all.

all membership categories include the following benefits & features ::
- a physical mailing address with access to workspace area during designated operating hours (8:30AM – 5:30PM)
- use of private conference room on your scheduled days
- priority reservations for weekend & evening access (subject to availability :: up to 11:00PM)
- high-speed / high-bandwidth wireless internet, color printer-copier-scanner
- unlimited (within reason) coffee & tea for you and your guests (we like chai & zen green ourselves, but are happy to add your favorites)
- a nifty zen water garden and your very own daruma doll!
- discounted pricing on services offered by our “zen master,” main street ventures

our 5 membership categories provide flexibility, predictability and affordability for members because they are freely able to move between categories from month to month as their circumstances require (subject to availability of resources and individual contractual commitments).
- non-zens (inactive – for those months when bungalow use is anticipated to be low or non-existent) ::
- use of space & resources billed at non-discounted hourly rates
- deni-zens (our discount package for more “virtual” users) ::
- use of open worktables & workbenches – 2 days / month
- use of conference room – 2 hrs / month
- arti-zens (a special discount package for non-profits) ::

- VOIP telephone service (1 local line)
