ZENCubate :: small business investing in small business

successfully building a business for “main street” takes a different set of skills and experience than what’s needed to successfully build a company for wall street.  though some skills directly translate, the high percentage of failed small businesses started by MBA grads and successful corporate refugees underscores the difficulty very talented people encounter when making this journey.

that’s we created ZENCubate. our main program is by application only, and finances approximately $60,000 of professional services as part of an intensive 18-month exercise to accelerate growth and profitability. ZENCubate “lite” is offered to a limited number of businesses who fail to qualify for our main program. it’s just as intensive, but doesn’t offer the same level of financing.

both flavors of ZENCubate are incredibly affordable because they’re tailored to pay for themselves through the results they create.

and both programs shorten learning curves, lower costs, and reduce mistakes — simplicity at its finest.

though ZENCubate can benefit many types of businesses, we find our greatest impact is made with those companies who can answer “yes” to all of the following questions ::

• have you started a new business within the past 5 years or are you planning to launch one in the next 18 months?
• do you have less than 25 employees?
• are you spending most of your time working in your business (selling and producing your goods or services) rather than on your business (working on things designed to take control of revenues and profitability)
